You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Return conditions

For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The product has not been used.
• The item is not opened.
• Original packaging is not damaged.
• Proof of purchase has been saved.

Hygiene and cosmetic products with opened packaging are not accepted for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
